If it says Android 10 (or Android 11), you no longer need to "install" Android 10 since you are already using it or are on an even newer version. In case you are using a fairly old phone that is still running Android 9, and you have read that an official update to Android 10 was released for your phone, you will almost certainly receive the official update.
